Jackson is Research Lead and Consultant at Educopia, where they support research and consulting projects, integrating critical perspectives and leveraging digital technologies to address information inequities. Prior to joining Educopia, they were the Digital Collections and Content Ingest Coordinator at the University of Michigan and worked with the Trans Metadata Collective, the Research Organization Registry, and HathiTrust, where they focused on metadata, aggregation, and access. Jackson holds an MS in Information from the University of Michigan and a BA in political science, education, and media studies from Swarthmore College.
